TRADER VIC's PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

This is a perfect match for many lamb dishes. Made famous by Trader Vic's restaurant in San Francisco in the 1960's.

Mix equal amounts of peanut butter (creamy) and coconut juice (the kind used for pina colatas). 1 cup of each would require 2 tbs soy sauce, a dash of lemon juice and a dash of worchestershire.
