Lemon-Garlic seafood sauce!

Seafood Sauce from Chez B

A creamy, silky sauce perfect for any fish entree.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup heavy (whipping) creme
  • Salt, Pepper & fresh parsely to taste

PREPARE

Add butter and olive oil to pan over medium heat.

Add the garlic, chicken broth and lemon juice and let it bubble for about 1 minute.

Add the creme and reduce heat to medium low and continue to cook for another minute, stirring constantly.

Add S&P and parsely to taste.


CHEF's NOTES:

  • If your fish has been cooked in either oil or butter, strain the pan after the fish is done and add whats left to your sauce. Thats what I call "Umami".
