Salmon "TT"

From Theresa's kitchen to yours, this is her "easy-to-make" and very delicious form of baked salmon.

Amounts shown below depend on size of fillet (see below)..you can make this with just a few individual portions, or use an entire fillet!

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Salmon Fillet (can be whole or partial)
  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup chopped red onions.
  • 1 - 3 tsp chopped herbs of your choice
  • 1 - 3 tsp chopped or minced garlic
  • Juice from 1 or 2 lemons .
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp "Old Bay" seasoning
  • 1/4 - 1 cups of olive oil



Combine the onion, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, seasoniong and oil in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Place salmon in an oven-proof dish and pour mixture over it.
Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes depening on size (thinner, smaller fillet will take 35 minutes; thicker and longer fillet will take 45 minutes).
