Panko Crusted Salmon Dijonnaise

This is GOOD and this is SIMPLE to create! At Chex B, we always have panko on hand. Panko is the Japanese version of our breadcrumbs..very finely ground, crustless bread.

Panko Crusted Salmon Dijonnaise

  • One salmon fillet per serving...4 or 5 ounces is good. Skinless best, but not necessary
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard per fillet.
  • S&P
  • 2 TBS panko crumbs per fillet
  • 1 TBS melted butter per fillet (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place salmon fillets on baking pan, season with S&P, spread dijon mustard over the tops, sprinkle on the panko crumbs and drizzle with the butter!
Bake for 20 minutes.

CHEFS NOTE: Line the pan with foil..makes clean-up a breeze!
