KEY LIME PIE
This is Tina's recipe, and it is the BEST (especially when the limes come from your own backyard tree!)

- One store bought graham craker pie crust.
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yoke
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- optional: Whip creme and/or lime slices for garnish.
Whisk eggs until combined
Gradually add milk to the egg mixture, beating until combined.
Add juice, water (food coloring if desired) and lime peel.
Whisk until well blended.
Pour mixture into the crust.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 1 hour
