SIRLOIN BEEF KABOBS

A favorite from the duo chef team at the eponymous "Bistro Wallin".
Perfect for a summer bar-b-que.... kabobs don't get any better then this!

  • 3 lbs sirloin / cubed
  • 1/2 C Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 C DRY white wine
  • About 8 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • Course ground pepper to taste
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • Bell Peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Cherry Tomatoes

Marinate all day...... rotating the meat.

Thread skewers with beef, onion, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Grill & Enjoy. (serves about 9)
