SIRLOIN BEEF KABOBS
A favorite from the duo chef team at the eponymous "Bistro Wallin". Perfect for a summer bar-b-que.... kabobs don't get any better then this!

- 3 lbs sirloin / cubed
- 1/2 C Olive Oil
- 1/2 C Lemon Juice
- 1/2 C DRY white wine
- About 8 garlic cloves (pressed)
- Course ground pepper to taste
- 1 red onion (sliced)
- Bell Peppers
- Mushrooms
- Cherry Tomatoes
Marinate all day...... rotating the meat.
Thread skewers with beef, onion, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Grill & Enjoy. (serves about 9)
