Fruit Crisp

Susie's recipe

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 cups fruit

Susie uses a mixture of blueberries, rasberries, etc. Can use chopped apples, peaches, strawberries, etc., or any combination.

In large bowl mix 1 cup flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a funnel and add egg....mix well.

Put fruit in a separate bowl and add 2 tbs flour and 1/2-3/4 cup of sugar...mix.

Place fruit mixture in an 8"x8" casserole dish, top with the flour mixture and dribble the melted butter over the top.

Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
