"Susie's Irish Cheese Puffs"

A wonderfully simple, yet elegant and delicious appetizer.

  • 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 Small Onion chopped fine
 

Using a shot glass, cut out enough small rounds from slices of white bread or cocktail rye bread to fill a standard size backing sheet.
Lightly brown both sides under a broiler.
Blend ingredients together and spread over toasts.
Place under broiler until golden brown & bubbly.
Serve immediately.
